Latest S.M.A.R.T. System improvements

We're about to release some exciting new updates to the S.M.A.R.T. System.
These updates will be released on Monday 15 December 2014. Your system will continue to function as usual, without you having to do a thing.

Anywhere and Online Client Information Cards (CICs)
We have improved the search functionality in Anywhere and Online CICs - you can now enter a full name in the search field, to easily locate the client you are looking for.
If you are using Loyalty or Memberships features, you will now see the client name displayed as part of the Transaction Export report.
We have improved the expiring members report - it now includes more succinct data.
We have improved the wait time feature in Walkin Manager, ensuring that it now takes into account your opening hours. If you are closed, the following message will be displayed: "[Your business name] is currently closed."
The error message on Wallboard has been changed, and will now indicate that Wallboard will try to reconnect every minute and that staff should refrain from refreshing the page.
You can now decide whether or not your clients can rebook, reschedule and cancel appointments.
Loyalty and Memberships
You can now choose whether or not to send email notification to clients on your Loyalty or Memberships programs.
