Endota priority access line
We’ve listened to your feedback about the time it takes to get through to our Help Desk and we’re happy to announce a priority access line exclusively for Endota franchisees.
We're confident this will reduce the time you spend waiting to speak with our support staff and ensure your matter is dealt with more quickly.
How will it work?
If you need to get in touch with our support team, please call 07 3834 3202.
When you call us, you'll be presented with two menu options:
- Normal support: For non-urgent assistance
- Priority support: For critical situations, reserved for when you are unable to trade
This number is available between 8am-5pm AEST Monday to Friday. If you need help outside these hours, please call the usual support number on 1300 667 374.
If multiple Endota spas call us at the same time, you may be placed in a queue with other Endota callers. However, your call will be prioritised over other businesses.
- If our Help Desk is inundated with priority support calls, we may temporarily disable this exclusive number service. In the rare event this happens, we'll alert the Endota support centre via email and your call will be placed in the normal Help Desk queue until the critical calls are cleared.
- This priority access line for Endota franchisees will operate while we invest and train more staff for our Help Desk. We hope this will ensure wait times for our usual support line reach an acceptable level. Once this is achieved, the temporary measure announced today will end.
